SUNDAY GATHERING WORSHIP LYRICS:
Call to Worship
Psalm 95:6-7 says – “Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand.”
Beautiful Lord
Oh the beauty of Your majesty
On the cross You showed Your love to me
Beautiful Lord awesome and mighty
I'm captured by this love I see
Beautiful Lord tender and holy
Your mercy brings me to my knees
It's Your mercy that has made me free
Beautiful Lord
When the storm is raging all around me
You are the peace that calms my troubled sea
When the cares of this world darken my day
You are the light that shines and shows me the way
When my sin is all that I can see
Your grace remains the shelter that I seek
And when my weakness is all I can give
Your gentle Spirit gives me strength again
Beautiful Lord awesome and mighty
I'm captured by this love I see
Beautiful Lord tender and holy
Your mercy brings me to my knees
And I am lifted by Your love to sing
It's Your mercy that has made me free
And I am lifted by Your love to sing
It's Your mercy that has made me free
You're beautiful my Lord
You're beautiful my Lord
You're beautiful
Future/Past
You hold the reins on the sun and the moon
Like horses driven by kings
You cover the mountains the valleys below
With the breadth of Your mighty wings
All treasures of wisdom and things to be known
Are hidden inside of Your hand
And in this fortunate turn of events
You ask me to be Your friend
You ask me to be Your friend
And You You are my first, You are my last
You are my future and my past
And You You are my first, You are my last
You are my future and my past
The constellations are swimming inside
The breadth of Your desire
Where could I run where could I hide
From your heart’s jealous fire
You are the beginning and the end
You are the beginning and the end
You are the beginning and the end
You are the beginning and the end
Oh oh oh oh
Great Are You Lord
You give life You are love
You bring light to the darkness
You give hope You restore ev'ry heart that is broken
And great are You Lord
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise
We pour out our praise
It's Your breath in our lungs
So we pour out our praise to You only
And all the earth will shout Your praise
Our hearts will cry these bones will sing
Great are You Lord
Oceans
You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep my faith will stand
And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine
Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sov'reign hand will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now
Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Saviour
I Surrender
The riches of this world will fade
The treasures of our God remain
Here I empty myself to owe this world
Nothing and find everything in You
I surrender, I surrender
I surrender all to You
Take my life, a sacrifice
In You alone I’m satisfied
Here I empty myself to owe this world
Nothing and find everything in You
Everything in You
Not my will, but Yours be done
Not my strength, but Yours alone
Nothing else, but You oh Lord
I find everything in You
