Jesus, Our Senior Leader

We believe that, ultimately, Jesus Christ is our Lead Pastor, our Lead Elder and our Chief Shepherd, and it is Him that we serve with gladness (see Ephesians 4:15 and 1 Peter 5:4).  All major decisions over the church as well as vision for the church are submitted to His authority, through prayer and through careful and humble investigation of the Scriptures. 

Elders

We have a team of elders who serve in a variety of capacities to oversee, equip, and lead the Reality church family. One of these individuals serves the church in a paid pastoral staff role, while the others serve and lead in a non-staff capacity. Ultimately, all of the elders of Reality Church serve as a team.

Global/Local Partners

Our hope is to train and send individuals and teams, as well as partner with leaders and organizations that aim to see their neighborhoods and cities renewed through the planting of new gospel-centered churches.  

Church Planting

Citizens Church - San Fransisco, CA

C.J. and Renee Bergmen have been ministering in San Fransisco for the past 4 years.  They, along with the church family that is growing around them, have a burden to be part of a diverse, multigenerational, multiethnic church that serves the least of these, pursues health, and is a safe place for those who are hurting.  We are excited to partner with Citizens Church to see the gospel change lives and form a new church family in the heart of San Fransisco.  Learn more at citizenssf.com
